Sanjiv

Sanjiv began training in Muay Thai in 2022 and is currently an Intermediate Level 2 student at Fighting Measure Martial Arts (FMMA). He also serves as a 1st Year Apprentice Instructor under the guidance of Khru Daniel Gilkes.

As part of his Muay Thai journey, Sanjiv trained with the national team as a personal challenge - pushing himself to improve and build confidence. Now, as the assistant instructor for the FMMA Dragons Jr. program, he is passionate about helping young students develop that same confidence, along with resilience and discipline, through Muay Thai.

Outside the studio, Sanjiv has a deep love for swimming and is an avid salsa enthusiast, having performed with the Salsa Caribe dance group and taught salsa classes. His infectious energy carries into his sessions - often spotted grooving to even the faintest beat in the background.
